1. DESIGN CONSULT
We will meet at the project's location to discuss your scope of work and gather information. Getting to know our clients is priority in order to understand, create and deliver a beautiful and functional space.
3. FINAL CONCEPT
At this time, all finishes and selections have been made and final drawings have been completed for your approval and signature. A firm budget and schedule is prepared. A package with the design concept and plans are provided.
5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our project management team overlooks the construction and design from the beginning to the end. We work closely with our clients and contractors during the construction phase to ensure budgets and deadlines are met.
2. SCHEMATICS
A preliminary visual representations will be created to outline the layout, structure, and essential elements of a design project. Complete with sketches, swatches and finishes to help clients understand the overall concept and plan. Any changes necessary or required will be done during this phase.
4. PROCUREMENT & DELIVERY
We provide administration and scheduling to execute the project. The specified materials are ordered to have on site prior to construction. This prevents any delays during the construction phase.
6. INSTALLATION & STYLING
As the project nears completion, the designer will oversee the installation of furnishings and decor. Any final touches or adjustments are made as needed to achieve complete client satisfaction.
